1999 ACPP HOTLINE
The Asian Center for the Progress of Peoples is a center, based in Hong Kong, supporting those working for justice and peace in Asia. When they are needed, ACPP issues Urgent Appeals on its Hotline to alert interested parties of a developing justice issue and how they might respond.
